The demise metal band Anata was formed by Fredrik Schälin (vocals, guitar), Mattias Svensson (guitar), Martin Sjöstrand (bass), and Henry Martyn Robert Petersson (drums) in the ithiel Town of Varberg, Sweden. Although they low began electronic electronic jamming in 1993, it was quite an a few years before they got about to recording their get-go gear demos, 1995's Bury Forever and a day the Garden of Lie and 1997's Vast Lands of My Infernal Rule. The latter earned the grouping a care with Time of year of Mist Records, which released their debut record record album, The Infernal Depths of Hatred, the chase twelvemonth. A split LP with Bethzaida named War, Vol. 2 followed in 1999, and later on welcoming freshly drummer Conny Pettersson (ex-Beseech and Eternal Lies), Anata delivered their second full-length with 2001's Dreams of Expiry and Alarm.
